Non-invasive and low-risk, Reiki can nurture your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Jenn discovered Reiki in 2020 during a time of profound grief and found the sessions deeply supportive as she navigated loss. Inspired by her own healing, she completed her Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master Certification and is passionate about sharing this empathetic, empowering modality with others.

A Reiki session is a gentle, noninvasive energy healing treatment in which a practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above the client’s body to channel universal life energy. Sessions typically last 45–75 minutes and are conducted in a calm, quiet setting to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional balance. Recipients often experience warmth, tingling, or a sense of peaceful release; the practice supports overall well‑being and complements conventional medical care, rather than replacing it.
