Ashley Dail, Owner, LCMHC
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma, I have the privilege of witnessing profound healing journeys. My practice is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where clients can embrace vulnerability and explore their inner experiences. This compassionate environment empowers individuals to move toward holistic wellness, fostering greater confidence and resilience in their relationships and daily lives.

THERAPY- INTUITIVE EATING COUNSELING- WALK-TALK THERAPY
Christina Canuto, LMFT
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC), and systems thinker, I see problems and solutions in the context of relationships and communities. I'm invested in helping you reconnect with yourself and the world around you in ways that feel authentic, grounded, and meaningful. My own daily mindfulness practice keeps me rooted, and I enjoy helping clients discover ways to bring greater awareness, self-compassion, and presence into their lives. In therapy with me, you'll find a compassionate, honest space where slowing down and tuning in becomes part of the healing process.
I draw from attachment-based, somatic, relational, compassion-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you strengthen your mind-body connection, regulate your nervous system, and create healthier patterns in your relationships. I have a particular passion for supporting women experiencing perinatal and postpartum anxiety, OCD, and depression. I find great meaning in helping pregnant women and new mothers navigate identity shifts, let go of shame surrounding being a "good enough" parent, strengthen their bond with their baby and partner, and move through this season with greater confidence and self-trust. I also have experience utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety, and integrate these interventions when appropriate to help clients reduce fear, uncertainty, and compulsive behaviors.
With couples and families, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy principles to help identify negative interaction cycles and foster deeper communication, healing, and connection. For those interested, I can also integrate intuitive eating counseling to support a more trusting relationship with your body and with food.
Clients often share that our work invites them to meet themselves with greater compassion and curiosity. My hope is to walk alongside you as you rediscover a deeper sense of connection - with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

COUNSELING- ART THERAPY- WALK-TALK THERAPY
Megan Pieterick, LCMHC
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and art therapist, I believe that creative expression is a powerful tool for self-exploration and understanding, and that anyone, regardless of age or skill level, can benefit from using art to express thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to put into words.
I work with adolescents and adults, and use a variety of evidence-based approaches in my approach to create a unique treatment plan best suited for each client. These approaches include Internal Family Systems, which works with ‘parts’ of people that may hold emotions, memories, or beliefs from our pasts, Relational-cultural Therapy, which explores the human need for connection and seeks to examine relationships with ourselves, others, and our culture; and Narrative Therapy, which explores the story we tell ourselves about ourselves and how we can shift that narrative towards one of growth and wellness.
Whether you consider yourself a lifelong artist or don’t even feel like you can draw a stick figure, I aim to make a creative, collaborative environment that can bring you closer to being the person that you want to be.

COUNSELING- SOMATIC THERAPY-WALK/TALK-ART THERAPY
Rachel Alvarez, LCMHCA
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where pre-teens, adolescents, and adults can explore life's challenges without judgment while building a stronger, more connected relationship with themselves.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use and recovery, self-esteem, body image and body neutrality, relationship concerns, and the inner critic that often keeps people feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is integrative because I recognize that every person's healing journey is unique. I blend evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, with mind-body practices that encourage greater awareness and nervous system regulation. Depending on your goals, sessions may incorporate somatic techniques, mindful movement, grounding exercises, walk-and-talk therapy, and creative expression through art to help deepen the connection between mind and body.
I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. Together, we'll create a personalized approach that honors your strengths, supports your growth, and empowers you to move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll often find me spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, listening to music, playing guitar, baking, watching movies, and finding joyful ways to stay active.

COUNSELING- COUPLES, FAMILY, LGBTQIA+, SEX THERAPY
Mary Pearce, LCMHCA
As a Charlotte native, I have spent the past 11 years working across a variety of mental health settings, including residential treatment, foster care, group home development, private practice, and supporting adolescents with complex behavioral and relational needs. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, accepted, and safe enough to show up as their authentic selves.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients can explore the parts of themselves, their relationships, and their lives that feel difficult or vulnerable with curiosity and compassion. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method interventions, and other evidence-based approaches, I tailor therapy to meet each client's unique needs while helping them develop deeper self-understanding and meaningful, lasting change.
I especially enjoy working with couples and families to better understand the patterns that shape their relationships. Having completed Gottman Level 1 training, I integrate Gottman-informed interventions with IFS and EFT to help partners slow down unhelpful cycles, strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and build relationships rooted in authenticity, trust, and safety.
I am also passionate about creating affirming, inclusive spaces for LGBTQIA+ clients and supporting individuals and couples exploring sexuality, intimacy, identity, and relationships. I believe conversations about sex and intimacy should be free from shame and judgment, allowing clients to better understand their needs, boundaries, desires, and values. Whether navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or personal growth, my goal is to help clients feel more connected, confident, and empowered to create lives and relationships that feel authentic to them.

REIKI, Energy Healing
Jenn Sylvia, LCSW, Reiki Master
I was first introduced to Reiki in 2020. I found the sessions immensely helpful in processing my own grief after experiencing a tragic loss. Several years later, I completed my Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master Certification with excitement to share this healing modality with others.
Reiki is a relaxation technique that promotes a feeling of calm, reducing stress and physical ailments. Reiki energy flows through the chakra points in the body as the practitioner places their hands on, or above, parts of the body. Reiki is non-invasive and low-risk. It is said to positively impact an individuals physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
Please reach out if you are interested in adding this approach to your healing journey!
