A gentle, balanced class that blends invigorating Vinyasa flow with restorative Yin practices. We begin with an accessible Vinyasa sequence to build heat, mobility, and mindful movement, then transition into longer-held Yin postures that target connective tissues and encourage deep nervous-system release. Breath cues and somatic awareness are woven throughout to support emotional regulation and present-moment grounding. Appropriate for all levels; modifications and trauma-informed language offered to create a safe, supportive space for each student.
